Woshapp wants to revolutionize the car wash industry in a sustainable way. The service is an environmentally friendly car wash alternative that saves water and uses environmentally-friendly cleaning agents. We are operating in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo, getting an order every 3rd minute so we are also creating a lot of jobs!
We are now looking for smart, fast and hands-on Customer Support to join our team in Stockholm. You are a team player with a “start-up” mentality and the ability to manage and prioritize various tasks and deadlines. We believe that you are prestigeless and structured in your work and have excellent customer support skills. You are a real doer and used to a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will:
- Manage our woshers and make sure our daily operations are running smoothly
- Lead a team of woshers and improve their performance
- Manage all incoming customer queries and customer feedback channels (Google Play, AppStore, social, etc.)
- Support on analysis, reports and metrics to our Operations Manager regarding demand, supply, inventory, quality and cost
- Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager
- Continuously look for ways to create scalable and automated processes
- Monitor inventory levels to gauge restocking needs
- Maintain relationships with vendors
- Talk to customers and have the ability to turn customer feedback into data
- Assist with washer recruitment and onboarding processes
Requirements:
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Drivers license is a must (B-körkort)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extra plus if you have experience from the Car Industry or recruitment and education.
